Masterminds!
Every Successful Business Coach I’ve ever worked with over the last 2 decades has preached the power of Masterminds. And as a result…I’ve been a part of MANY!
Here’s the deal, not all Masterminds are created equal. Here are some of the things I liked, and didn’t like about all the Masterminds I’ve been a part of.
Pro: You get to hang out with a group of people that come from different backgrounds, beliefs, businesses and goals than you.
Benefit: They see you and your offerings in a totally different light than you do so they can help you see your blind spots.
Con: Most of the time I was WAY TOO WEIRD for them and they couldn’t understand my business so much of their feedback didn’t really relate.
SIS Solution: We are full of weirdness here, in fact, we encourage it! We welcome anyone who desires to grow their gifts from the heart (aka intuition). We also know that not every path is the same and challenge you to follow yours, we’re cheering you on as we follow our unique path.
Pro: Positive Peer Pressure aka Accountability to actually DTDT (do the damn thing)
Benefit: Knowing you’ll be showing up to the meeting, with all the others that you committed to DTDT in front of, who also committed to doing their thing too, you don’t wanna show up empty handed and disappoint them so you actually DO IT and realize it wasn’t as hard as you thought it was going to be because you feel their support backing you up and cheering you on!
Con: They were usually the same day/time and you basically HAD to be there (because you wanna get your money's worth) and it was going to end at some predetermined time in the contract.
SIS Solution: We offer multiple different types of meetings at different times during the week. Pick and choose which one/s serve you and your goals. Also, it’s a month to month membership, you can stay as long as you like, or leave when you feel complete! We honor your path!
Pro: Learning the different ways each mentor/coach teaches.
Benefits: I got to experience so many different ways to teach, and side benefit…run a Mastermind. I also got to learn from all the people in each of the Masterminds. It was a buffet of brilliance and excitement, eager to learn, share and grow together. It was intoxicating to be around others inspired to make a difference in the world through growing themselves!
Con: Once I was in, I was in, even if I didn’t feel like the outline of the Mastermind or if it worked for me, I’d already agreed and signed a contract.
SIS Solution: We are not a hierarchy. We want everyone to be a part of this. You can run your own class, course, or program. In fact…we WANT you to because we want to learn from you! You can pick and choose who’s classes you go to, the ones that fit YOUR NEEDS! There’s also no contract, just a month to month membership you can cancel, or rejoin anytime it’s what’s right for you!
Pro: SUPPORT!
Benefit: As an Extrovert, being an Entrepreneur could feel REALLY LONELY sometimes. I wore all the hats, did all the behind the scenes work, as well as, well, everything. Having a group of people who know how you feel can end the isolation.
Con: Even though business is business, mine was always a bit too WOO for them so we could relate on some levels but their solutions weren’t always in alignment with me. And, they kinda just stared at me open mouthed when I’d suggest we ask a specific deity for help or recite a mantra, hold a mudra, or go upside down to literally look at it a different way.
SIS Solution: Yes we work in the 3D world, but we are multi-dimensional beings and invite out of the box thinking. We know we’re stepping into a beautiful New Earth and the old ways of being won’t work. Consider this a playground for exploring new possibilities for work, life, love, and play!
Basically, Sacred Intuition Society is all the things I loved about Masterminds, and none of the things I didn’t love. But, that’s me, it may not be for you! The only way to find out is to give it a try! You can’t lose when we play Infinity Games instead of Win/Lose games. We are here to help everyone win (and yes, we do believe it’s possible because…we’re doing it)!
